Camp Preparation & Rules
What to Bring (and NOT Bring) to Camp
Please review this mandatory checklist carefully before packing for your EuroElite Summer Camp or Tour Preparation Camp (TPC).
1. Tennis Gear & 3 Mandatory Pairs of Shoes
Mandatory on-court equipment
- •At least 3 freshly strung tennis rackets & extra string reels (Restringing on-site: 150 SEK/DKK).
- •1x Outdoor Clay Court shoes (herringbone tread).
- •1x Clean Indoor Court shoes (clubs forbid dirty shoes).
- •1x Running / Jogging shoes for morning fitness.
- •Overgrips, replacement grips, dampeners, jump rope, and resistance bands.
2. Clothing, Sleeping & Personal Essentials
5-Day Camp Checklist
- •Enough training clothing for 2 changes per day (5 days) + 5 match shirts for match play.
- •Pillow & sleeping bag / bed linen (Mattresses provided).
- •Beach gear: Sunscreen, beach towel, swimsuit.
- •Notebook & Pen for evening tactical theory sessions + 2 water bottles (min 1.5 liters).
3. Strictly Prohibited Items
Strict Safety & Health Policy
- •NO NUTS: Due to severe life-threatening allergies among participants, absolutely no nuts or nut products are permitted.
- •NO SWEETS / SODA: Sweets and sugary sodas hinder athletic performance. Healthy fruit and snacks are provided.
- •NO GAMING CONSOLES: No PSP, Nintendo Switch, or gaming electronics. Mobile phones are collected every night after family calls.
4. Important Notes for Parents
Overnight Expectations
- •Not a "First Time Away From Home" Experience: Please do not use EuroElite Summer Camp as a player’s first overnight experience away from parents.
- •No Refunds for Homesickness: No refunds for early departures unless accompanied by a certified medical doctor’s note.
- •Direct Communication: Players are coached to communicate directly with coaches regarding on-court or lodging needs.
